Class: Bead Mosaics

Creating miniature mosaics using seed beads, stones, and small elements is a wonderful way to let your creativity shine. This technique will appeal to those with a steady hand and an appreciation for fine detail. Your bead design will be transformed when colored grout is added, giving it a special look that only this ancient technique can impart.

Supplies to Bring: #10 beading needle, beading mat or dish, scissors, fine-point tweezers, Nymo 0 (or similar very thin flexible thread). Optional : Two or more very small (4-6 mm) stone or pearl cabochons, small crystals (must have one flat side for gluing) and/or any beads or elements that you might like to add to your individual mosaic design.
