Class: Jeweled Silk Embroidered Beads

Learn how to create beautifully embroidered focal beads using unique forms made from silk, fiber, and recycled tubing. If you enjoy traditional bead embroidery, youll love making these lovely three dimensional beads. You will make one bead in class and get ideas for more. Three or more color choices will be available.

Supplies to Bring: Beading needles, beading mat, masking tape, pencil, ruler, scissors, blunt-tip embroidery needle (with long hole), Aleene's tacky glue (or similar). Optional - assorted small beads to personalize your focal bead.

Materials in Kit: Silk ribbon, embroidery fabric, plastic tubing, thread, and beads to make one focal bead.

Skill level - intermediate (previous basic bead embroidery experience needed)
